Land Allocation

Understanding how Camp Deng's four hundred hectares are organized and managed for optimal use.

Allocation

The land within Camp Deng is divided between residential use, production use, and conservation. This division allows the estate to support living needs while also preserving natural balance across the property.

Each allocation serves a specific function. Residential land provides living space and daily infrastructure. Production land supports crops, animals, and fish. Conservation land protects natural systems and wildlife habitat. Together, these allocations create a balanced, sustainable estate.

Zones

Each zone has defined boundaries and a defined use. These boundaries are maintained to avoid conflict between activities and to preserve order across the estate.

Zone boundaries are not arbitrary. They are established based on topography, water availability, soil quality, and the functional needs of each use. This careful zoning ensures that residential areas remain quiet and private, production areas remain efficient, and conservation areas remain undisturbed.
